First Madeleine filled each of the trays full of moist organic black dirt almost full, leaving room for the seeds and a little dirt to put on top. Today we filled 3 trays each containing 2 different vegetables for a total of 6 different vegetables.
Then we chose one vegetable at a time to place 2 seeds in each cell. This will allow a greater chance of something to sprout. Each vegetable has 36 cells of possible growth.
We covered each cell with dirt enough to cover the seeds. Placed our plastic dome over the top to see what grows. We should see sprouts within the next 7-14 days.
