Forrest Hills Mountain Resort
Ahhhh…relax, reconnect, unwind and renew your spirit.

It’s all just a phone call away and a quick one hour drive North of Atlanta.  Here at Forrest Hills Mountain Resort, you can check into your private cabin and forget the world exists…no cooking…no cleaning…no phones…it’s just you and the one you love, sipping champagne, soaking in the hot tub, relaxing in the tranquility of nature and gazing at each other in the soft ember light of your fireplace…not a care in the world.

Forrest Hill Mountain Resort

We’ll serve you delicious dinners by candle light in our Secret Garden Dining Room during our couples’ only dining hours.  Any anxieties or tension you have left will quickly melt away when our massage therapists arrive at your door with massage tables and music for the soul in hand, prepared to relax every muscle in your mind and body with a full hour massage.  You will sleep like never before and when you wake up our cheerful staff will make you a southern style breakfast that is sure to please.  And for lunch, we’ll pack a scrumptious picnic basket lunch for two and send you on your way to one of the nearby waterfalls for an afternoon adventure. This can all be yours, including two nights for just $599 per couple*.  Private cabins are available in three different atmospheres including “Rustic”, “Contemporary” and “Victorian” to insure just the right ambience for you.  Nightly rates and other “brownie points” are available. Need more?

Hot Tub, Massage, Spa and Horseback

It’s here…other services are available in the day spa as well as romantic carriage rides, guided horseback rides through the forest PLUS scenic horse-drawn wagon rides to the River House for a cookout with live entertainment.  For your shopping pleasure, there’s a gift shop featuring unique gifts, snacks & necessities plus movie rentals and package sales.  On site there’s also an outdoor pool, sport court, walking trails (in progress) and garden with gazebo…perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony; affectionately known as the Secret Garden located just outside our couples’ dining room.  Currently, on Monday nights, the owners (two sisters and a brother) will host a complimentary guest wine reception just before dinner to introduce you to the area, tell you the tales of how Forrest Hills was built by the Kraft Family and share their vision for the future.
