Seed Lake

This lake receives relatively light fishing pressure and has a good population of largemouth bass, bluegill, and redbreast sunfish. A few walleye are also caught. There is an abundance of small yellow perch. The lake is accessible by a small launching ramp on the Lake Rabun Road.

Tallulah Falls Lake

This small lake is operated primarily for power generation and thus the lake level often fluctuates rapidly. No boat ramp is available, but small boats and canoes can be launched by hand on the south side of the lake. Fishing is fair for bass, sunfish, yellow perch and catfish. Camping and picnic facilities are available off U.S. Highway 441.
